Process Their Product

included inside Scylla genus where there are two kinds of species that are very
common to be used by various manufacturers. The first common species is the
green crab and the second coming species is the red claw. The manufacturer
would be able to differentiate both of those common species by the detail that
each species has. For the green crab common species, the manufacturer will see
that the maximum size on the carapace width is at 22 centimeters then the
manufacturer will also see that the maximum weight is at 2 kilogram. Then for
the red claw common species, the manufacturer will see that the maximum size on
the carapace width is at 12.7 centimeters then the manufacturer will also see
that the maximum weight is at 1.2 kilogram.
Both of those common species are the one
that suitable to be used as mud crab manufacturers

for the manufacturing process that the manufacturer do, is also varied as there
are two types of manufacturing process that usually used by the manufacturer. The
first is the growing manufacturing process and the second is fattening manufacturing

For the growing
mud crab manufacturers process, the manufacturer will use young crab as
their manufacturing material. This manufacturing material will then be nurtured
so their size will become bigger as they grow inside the farm. Usually the
manufacturing process will take around five until six month of period. After
that period, then the manufacturing material will be growing bigger so it would
be more suitable to be used commercially.
The manufacturing process itself will be
done inside pond which has different kind of sizing according to manufacturing
scale that the manufacturer wants to use. But usually the pond size that the
manufacturer uses is varied between size half hectares until size two hectares.
The pond that the manufacturer uses is also having good water exchange since it
is important for the mud crab to grow inside. Do not worry if you use small
scale manufacturing since that means it will be easier to manage the pond. Then
you would also be able to use fences on the pond as the bund since it would be
stronger option. However, if you really use large scale manufacturing with
large size pond, then the bund can easily be created using natural material.
But it is suggested that you also install the fences later on since the natural
material will become weak after a few period of usage.
For the fattening
mud crab manufacturers process, the manufacturer will use crab which has
soft shell as their manufacturing material. This manufacturing material will
then be nurtured so the soft shell that they have will then turn into hard
shell. You should know that the manufacturer would be able to sell the mud crab
which has hard shell in higher price compared to the crab which has soft shell.
In fact the manufacturer will be able to price their product around four until
five times higher if they sold the mud crab which has hard shell to the market.
For the manufacturer that use this method,
then that means they are able to do the process using pond which has varied
sizing between size 0.25 hectare until size 0.2 hectare and with depth in 1 meter
until depth in 1.5 meter. The pond that the manufacturer uses is also having
good water exchange since it is important for the mud crab to grow inside. Then
before using this pond, the mud crab manufacturers
should drain the pond from any water to collect the lime on the bottom. Then
the manufacturer will also need to lie down some bamboo mat on the bottom as
well as installing the fence on the bund. All of these things that the
manufacturer done is actually do as precaution so the mud crab would not run
away by digging their way around.
Once all of those processes are done, then
the mud crab manufacturers product is ready
to be manufactured. Usually there are some periods of time needed until the
product is ready to be distributed.
